I haven't but it looks doable in a full width. I need kids stuff to slow down to go do more things. I think "moderate" rating pretty much just means a dirt road for any TJ.
It gets mentioned a lot in the JK world as a big accomplishment. Kinda like the Gulches.
Sounds do able, got a friend from HS riding with me, the kind of guy who calls his honda ridgeline a truck. so i’ll think we should be able to accomplish this without to many white knuckle events.

Super easy trail. Lots of SXS's and a ton of trash, not my favorite
If you're talking about the Rainbow Falls down near Westcreek, I've run all the trails there a bunch of times and Quarry (FS 350.B) and the Flake Rd trail are the only sections that pose any challenge. It is an OHV park, so I normally only run those trails in the winter months, as the summer months it is packed with campers with SxS and motorcycle riders driving like fools and wrecking the place. I tried to run Quarry a week and a half ago and didn't make it 20' off of the entrance road before I turned around because of the dozen SxSs parked at the base of the trail getting ready to trash the place.
I instead hit up Cedar Mountain Rd to give the Gulches (Metberry, Longwater, and Hackett) a run, but the mud was more than I wanted to deal with so I only ran Longwater and then headed home in defeat. I was the only person on the trails, though, so that might be a better option if you want to avoid crowds.
Rainbow falls is great if you love mariachi music and trash

I don't think Redcone is yet. Got to be close, I know a lot is opening this week. Loveland pass closed but could come in from 285 and loop out handcart
I couldn't find anything online if it was open so that's probably right. I come from South so in redcone out Webster pass is best for me anyways.
We still need to go to Chinaman since April phoolz got snowed out
