Does anyone know of a source for a replacement recirculation door actuator lever? Like the one in the attached photo? In the photo the arm is attached to the actuator but it keeps slipping off.

If not, any one try some type of screw/bolt/bushing modification?

Mine broke. I just switch it manually. Only time it’s in recirculation mode is in the summer during AC season. The rest of the time it’s in outside air mode.

Note that he's in Arizona, so it's always AC season.

I was in AZ in my Jeep in later March this year and ran the heat quite a bit…..but also ran the AC too!!

I’d say just manually leave it in recirculating mode if you run the AC most of the year. At least that’s what I would do.

mine broke when i was reinstalling the heater core. wanted to see if i could have one 3d printed. since i could not find one for sale.

haven’t gone that route yet

the bandaid of a zip tie did not work

Yeah, having the HVAC recirculation working in AZ makes me feel better. For those of you that want to fix this, this repair seems to be holding so far. It was only a 20 minute drive this morning, but I switched it a hundred times. Way stronger than factory.

I dont have ABS. But I can print it in PETG. I think PETG starts to become soft around 170 degrees F. I have no idea how hot it gets, in that spot. But, we can try that route.
