Hello
I have an issue with my blend door actuator at wrangler tj 2004 with ac !
Does anybody know how to calibrate that blue gear for hot and cold
I’ve tried it in many ways but I can’t
So I need a man to explain me exactly what I have to do to fix it !

The blue gear appears to be cracked at the shaft. This will cause it to slip. There is no calibration on the blend door.

That’s not my blend actuator at the photo I uploaded.
Mine is not cracked but it doesn’t work fine cause I have to align it to the heat door
The blue gear (position gear) has lost its correct position so my temperature is not working fine

On a different (Dodge) vehicle, the key was having the blend door in the right position when installing.
No reason to adjust actuator.
