I'm doing my first pork butt on the ninja woodfire grill. I'm curious how it will compare to the pit boss lexington.
How many of you outdoor cook with a Traeger? If not what is your BBQ rig of choice?

I'm a gas guy myself and bought a 3-burner Weber Genesis II at Costco a few years ago when my KitchenAid finally rusted out. It's nice because the tub is aluminum and the burners are stainless. All parts are replaceable through Weber (only as long as they make/stock them of course) which is also nice. I've been very happy with it. Also have a large smoker or access to a Traeger (in-laws next door) if needed.
Those slow and sears are great for smoking on a kettle.
