Its long arms... would that effect it? I have everything off and was about to start drilling but now I'm scared!! lol

It looks like that the axle brackets have been changed and rotated on the axle, probably to correct pinion angle and increase ground clearance. Doing so would require the length of the arms to be shortened. That may be why your axle is pushed forward.
Measure your wheel base. It should be 93.4".
Maybe. Maybe not. Lifted short arms will decrease that number as the axles move into the center of the vehicle. Longer arms will decrease less because the travel arc is larger. But the wheelbase will almost certainly be shorter than factory.
A properly adjusted set of adjustable arms can retain the original wheelbase, short or long arms.
It’s only zip tied right now but still looks like it’ll hit. Maybe because front axle side bracket is out is why drop bracket was needed?
Mine is not quite 95" despite a 1.75" front stretch and pushing the rear axle into the gas tank skid at full shock compression. This is with mid arms and a lot of work.
Remove the springs and cycle the axle. Your shocks are the ultimate limit to up. Find out what is in the way, if anything.
