I did the initial turnkey three times and everything and it doesn’t seem to throw me a code but I put a new fuel pump and I switched out the O2 sensor in the front and when I switch gears to third or fourth, it starts bogging out then I have to switch back a gear and go to high RPM and then switch gear and it runs good. What can be the problem?

Engine light has a code. Check gauges light doesn't necessarily do a code.

Which gauge is showing something not normal?

First check your oil level. Most likely it is OK, but it is the first thing that can cause lack of oil pressure.

The most likely culprit is the oil pressure sending unit is bad (they go bad alot.). It is located on the passenger side of the engine block. Google TJ oil sending unit and you can see how to check it as well as replace it. I recommend paying the price for a Mopar one if yours is bad. Several people including me have tried cheaper ones only to find they don't last very long.

If the sending unit is good, next step is the oil pump. That may or may not be more involved than you want to deal with depending on your mechanical ability and resources.
