Anyone deal with BDS lately?

They have my money, took it immediately once the order was placed. That's my FUBAR, I have nothing to show for it. I cant get a ship date or date of when the parts will be in stock or in from the China express is what I suspect. Is this what BDS and the rest of sporttruckusa's collection of buisnesses have become?

Cancel the order through your CC (assuming you used that very safe method of payment and not some stupid PP or Venmo BS).

This is literally the only purchase I've ever made on line not using a CC. Instead we set up a small account for on line crap instead of using a CC. Never again, lesson learned. Still, their a sad excuse for cust service.

Simple enough to cancel an order. I always use Paypal and have had zero issues. Money isn't taken out of my account until the order ships and I can cancel through them and get a full refund within 3 days.
p.s. I only order parts through reputable companies too.
