Ordered set of adjustable control arms for my 2004 Rubicon, when I went to install them the sleeves in bushing ends are to small for my mounting bolts. I have sent a message to place I ordered them wondering if they are to small because I do have the rubicon and not a regular tj wrangler? Waiting on reply but wondering if anyone else has been in this same issue. I am wondering also if I should just try drilling sleeve out to fit my bolt?

TJ control arm arm bolts are the same size Rubicon vs Sport vs Sahara.

That being said it's a 20 year old Jeep and who knows what modifications might have been done.

What bolt sizes are in there now?

Pictures?

Part of me thinks you’re talking about the bushings in the axle, for the upper control arms. They have dimples internally to only accept the 10mm bolt and larger bolts that come with control arms don’t fit.
For sure give more details on what you’re talking about, it makes it easier for people to provide advice.
