Acceleration Troubles

Double-tipped Platinums like the 7570 work fine with your waste spark ignition system.

Have any other guesses at what might cause my issue then?

Starts and idles fine, can accelerate fine for the most part in 1st gear but any other gear it’s bogged and takes way longer to accelerate.

Maybe my throttle cable is stretched

I’m stumped!

Correct, no check engine light.

That is one of the only sensors left I haven’t messed with, maybe I’ll try that.

If you do avoid store brands as that's an important sensor. Personally I'd go for the Mopar 4609153AE or at the least the Standard Motor Products PC243K in the Standard Replacement section at https://www.rockauto.com/en/catalog...0906,ignition,crankshaft+position+sensor,7196

I have an 03 2.4L so it looks like I’ll have to snag the standard motor products pc386.

All good! I appreciate the help. I was able to reference the path you took to get to the crank sensors and it saved me time.

I have a parts 06 2.4 from my dads that had blown up, of course the sensor changed positions and is different…

About to be me with my 2.4…
