I’ve been working on my step son’s jeep since February. Long story which led to replacing the engine. Acquired a good used engine. Took the old one out, this project took a little while to do because I out new rings in the engine along with new bearings. So I may have forgotten where some ground wires go on the passenger side. I have 3 black wires going to one of the studs of the coil that attach to the block. All other ground wires are correct and everything is plugged in to the correct plug. I tried starting it and I have no spark.
I’ve checked power to the coil and I have power there. I did swap coils, same thing, no spark going to the distributor. I did put a new crank sensor in ( mopar ) so I can’t understand if that would be the issue, even though I have read it could be the Crank sensor.
I am at a loss, so I am reaching out for possibly a different view and some advice and what to look for.
