2006 TJ no start and no crank

Where are those diagrams from? Those don't look like the typesetting found in the FSM.
 
They’re not from the FSM, they are from the TechAuthority PCM training documentation.

@Painfultruth would you kindly elaborate on the functionality of that transistor?
Would greatly appreciate it.

The transistor is the on/off switch for the ASD relay, it applies the ground so the relay can activate.

The transistor control signal (the one not shown connected) is supplied internally when the ignition is turned on. The control signal will remain active until the timer expires or the input from the ASD relay is removed (ignition switch off).
