Hey guys, new to this forum so forgive me if I am beating a dead horse here! I have a 2004 Rubicon with rear disc brakes, I cannot for the life of me find new brake lines/hoses. I have checked every parts store in my area including the dealer and everyone says they are unavailable or discontinued. Does anyone know where I might be able to find them?

Thanks

Yes, the OEM style is not available, that's the problem. Apparently no one is making the OEM style and no one is offering anything after market that will work with disc brakes. OEM style has the hose crimped onto the brake line.
Amazon seems to have a decent selection of the caliper hoses available for the 04' Rubicon.

If you looking for the lines that run along the rear axle, here is one side. https://www.jegs.com/i/Crown+Automotive/077/52128430AC/10002/-1 I didn't look for the other side or at Summet

I actually ordered the pair of lines from Jegs only to find out that the passenger side is not available and the manufacturer (Crown Automotive) does not have an ETA of when they will again manufacture it! I am probably going to see about getting a custom line bent to fit. Thanks for you input, much appreciated.

SSTubes.com and inline tubes both sell prebent lines.

My sstubes one I ordered for my Dana 35 drums missed all the factory hold downs. I ended up mostly rebending it.

I ordered a complete stainless steel brake line kit from Classic Tube several years ago. It contains a separate tube and hose to replace the stock one piece assembly. The fit is excellent.
