Issue...
It makes almost like a "chunk" sound.
It can be felt slightly as well.
When...
It happens when I first press on the gas pedal at start or after removing all foot pressure off pedal then at first acceleration.

But sometimes it also happens when I completely remove pressure off gass pedal.

It doesn't happen when it's shifting gears or when I have any pressure on gas pedal.

It is more noticeable at slower speeds.

Any ideas?

Honestly, it almost sounds like a worn transmission mount to me.

If it was happening when you shift, then I'd say it was an actual transmission issue, but this sounds more like a transmission mount possibly.

I replaced it about a year ago but it might just be crap, it was after market. I know I need to replace engine mounts so might as well do that at the same time.
Dont know what you call them but I know I need to replace the sleeves that go into the frame for the plate bolts. Any idea where to get them?
Also any recommendations on mounts?

Thanks

Check the driveshaft u joints first. I th8nk you will see there’s is play in there.

I would definitely check the mounts as @Chris suggested then I would check the ujoints. I would make sure there is no stress on the driveline when you check the ujoints. Also check all of your control arms bushings. I would raise the care up on the frame and start wiggling things. Also check for broken shock mounts and track bar mounts. Look for loose things like your muffler maybe?

Good luck
