I too have a brand new Novak ax15 and same it’s noisy until you just about stop then goes away, I put in syncromesh like they recommended but am going to change to redline after about 1k miles. They said use the syncromesh for 1500 or so miles then swap to whatever I want

Joe Gibbs Driving Racing lube. I should have used that from the start.

I wanna say I followed your thread when I was looking into the new ax15 how many miles did you have before you switched?
I did the initial break-in with Royal Purple. Did a flush somewhere between 500 & 1000 miles and replaced it with Royal Purple after which it developed a whine at about 2500 rpms.

Did the flush to Joe Gibbs after about another 1000 miles.

So a total of about 4000 on the transmission.

10-4 I only have 150 miles on it so far lol guna give it alittle more time and then switch it out, I already have the redline but have seen good things on the driven oil
