I’m pretty new to all of this and it’s my first Car, an 06 TJ Rubicon
I’ve recently purchased a 4” Zone off Road Lift. Is there anything else I should consider purchasing ahead of time to avoid all the other extra trouble of death wobble & vibrations. I’ve been looking into from and rear adjustable track bars & brackets, and as well a CV driveshaft but not sure if The CV double Cardan driveshaft really needed?

With 4" of lift adjustable track bars are pretty mandatory and unless you want a transfer case drop I would add a DC shaft and a MML. Adjustable rear upper control arms would help a lot as well.

I have ordered front and Rear adjustable track bars and ordered rear angled CV Bracket, would I still be able to install the lift kit without having the CV Driveshaft?

You want (need) a special driveshaft made to fit the Rubicon output flange. Other than that you should be set. Need to adjust the rear axle pinion angle to use the d.c. driveshaft. That is achieved with adjustable control arms.
