Purchased a 2004 rubicon tj and it has what looks to be a old 3" rusty single rate coils with fixed rough country lower arms with a drop t-case. I was wanting to do a refresh since I have a vibration/death wobble from 60-65. I was thinking of ditching the coils for 3" jks dual rate with some adjustable arms (maybe core). Top if off with a cv shaft in the rear so I can ditch the trans drop. Thoughts? Not new to jeeps but I have noticed that tech has changed in the 10 years since I have been around. My last jeep I owned was a YJ

Death wobble is going to be caused by loose steering and suspension components in the front, your tires may be unbalanced as well.

For the arms CORE4X4 are a good choice, but anything adjustable with Johnny Joints at both ends will work. Double adjustable arms make it easier to dial in. Whatever brand (core, rock jock, savvy, etc...) is the least expensive is how I would go. Also you should replace all 8 and it's usually cheaper to buy them as a set. Front and rear adjustable track bars are needed as well.

Getting rid of the slip yoke and installing a double cardan driveshaft is a good idea. You can also do a 1 inch motor mount lift to tilt the rear transfer case yoke towards the rear axle pinion, but this requires a 1 inch body lift as well.

I've been on JKS 3 inch springs for about 6 years and have no complaints.
 
With 33s you'll want 4" of lift. 3" springs would be fine as long as you pair them with a 1.25" aluminum body lift (which is a nice upgrade anyways). Either that or you could do a 4" suspension lift in which case Currie or Savvy would be an excellent choice. Pair that with adjustable arms (unless you go Currie or Savvy 4" in which case they'll come with the arms) SYE and a CV driveshaft in the rear and you'd be good to go.
 
It’s a Rubicon, so it already has a fixed yoke.

If it has DW it is due to something in the steering and tires.

If either springs provide the same ride height, then there is no reason to change springs. Unless you want to change the ride height. Single vs dual rate is irrelevant.

In the event that it matters, we learned recently that Core appears to be using the narrow 2" Johnny Joint in the upper frame sides.

While the Rubicon does not use a slip-yoke driveshaft, you may still want to switch to a double-cardan shaft.
This will require changing the pinion angle with adjustable arms.
It may or may not have any effect on your current vibrations.
