You have Merles and Six States.

If they are using a greasable centering flange the standard pin yoke for them has just a small tin shield compared to the rubber boot on non greaseable flange. Keeping the ball greased is the standard defense against contamination.

Ok, interesting. It is Greaseable with a needle zerk. They suggest doing this at each tire rotation or oil change, which always take place at 5000 miles for me.

Is your greasable without removing the flange from the Tcase output? Mine is not...and its a pain. It definitely doens't get done as much as it should because of that.

Snow wheelin’ was great today. It’s the Annual Hangover ORV Run. I had to wire up the locker, but once I got that done I got out there by 10:20am. Twins went too. The rig is doing amazing in the snow this year. The Tera Low works well keeping it in 4H and 1st. The KM3’s are really good in the deep snow and that was one of the things I wanted to achieve with them. Lots of bro-dozers and XJ and Yota beaters out there among the Jeep’s. They’re funny to watch!

The bad news is both my rear axle seals on the backup shafts are bad, so I’m coughing up gear oil and it’s a mess. I’ll swap my original shafts back in later this evening and hopefully that will solve that.

Great the hear that you are back on the road/trail and that things are working well. Bummer about the seals but that is a easy fix compared to all that you have been thru in the past few weeks.

Now it’s your turn to get back on the trail! Coming along nicely!

I'm getting there. I'm shooting for Memorial Day weekend to have it ready for it's first real weekend run. So start planning on coming over here. I'll take you on the Shoestring & Naches Pass trails. I hope I'll have a few shakedown runs before that.

Yep bring the family and the camper. Starts Friday night and hit trails Saturday and Sunday and then if we ain't broke yet a short run on Monday. I use to take Tuesdays off also so I didn't have to drive in the holiday traffic on Monday.

Axles shafts swapped. The seals may not be bad in those shafts, I may just not have snugged them down. I wanted to run my originals anyway, so That’s done.

RMS looks like it needs attention. 😥

I’m going to get under there today and I’ll take a look Mike. I can’t remember if I was greasing it on or off the Jeep and the last time was only about a month ago. Memory not as keen as it was before 😳

Dude, hate to tell you but the Tera-Low doesn't do squat in 4H..... :D Your stock NP231 was the same in 4H.

Hehehehe,
Just had to flip you a little crap. Now you need some new parts for your rig.... Or get those shocks tuned?

Here's what I thought was a good enough pic to enter into the ROTM, but that crazy amazing picture showed up in December, and now it's all about your camera and software, so I'm opting to just post them in my build thread for those who follow. Look at that body lift! 🤣 Almost ruins the photo. I need to fix that this year.

I can't even see the zerk when my TW driveshaft is installed.
I will get under there and look. Work has been keeping me out of the garage. I plan to get out there tomorrow.

I need someone to fling some crap at me!

Yeah, the Tera Low ain't doing squat in 4H. I do get to miss out on it whining!

I need the wheel speed to get through the deep stuff going uphill, and I can't breach 2500rpm! Or not for long at least!

It's working good, or my driving in the snow is getting better.

I will get to the shocks. It all just takes time (and $$$$$) LOL
