I've got an 04 TJ that I replaced the radiator fan fan clutch thermostat. It still gets a little warm at idle in hot weather...what say you

I say me, you need a better writeup of the actual issue(s).

2 months ago I replaced the water pump, radiator, clutch, and the thermostat was replaced about a year prior. With all that work completed, it still wants to run at about 215 220 sometimes when an idle when it's 95°

I will also mention that the heat doesn't work very well and wondered if that could play a part in this problem. Hope that helps. Would like to deal with this sooner than later. Thanks for responding.

Heat not working well... pull out the HVAC fan resistor panel and look in the heater box and look at the heater core through the opening, is it full of leaves and pine needles?

220 isn't that hot for these engines. 230 starts to be worrisome.
