I have sold a few sets of blanks. I think its best to cut the wheel opening exactly where and the size you need after its bent. The wheel opening also gets into the bend radius and if you bend the corner with the wheel opening cut the material "flares" out towards the bottom. When you cut the wheel opening after bending you can trim it perfect and even get a little into the lower edge of the corner radius without things looking wonky. If you special order them I can also eliminate or move the fuel filler opening. Just not a one size fits all.

No, I don't take deposits. I only bill for parts that are boxed and ready to ship and items only go into stock on the website that are boxed and ready to ship. You can send me an email to get on the order list. But again no deposits. It just adds a layer of organization and pressure that I don't want. fluxoroad@gmail.com. First of all great thread! Excellent craftsmanship! Definitely out of the box! Love it!

Being a long time owner of the G/R highlines, It would be amazing to have a pull out "wing" for rainy or muddy trails. Even the tiniest puddle can ruin a good washing lol...

For Example... My trip to the high desert in southern Utah back in April. I figured on getting dusty... but not this!

And this is all from about a half mile of snow melt and about 2 hours after the clean picture.

Just thinking that would be a great design feature.

Gotcha! Let’s say down the road I want to stretch, would the “blank” corners come with all the mounting holes in the same location as the regular corner armor? Bumper and steering box skid did great last weekend 🤙

On paper they look pretty good... While I got all types of grief for choosing them the #1 reason I went with the MC fenders/flares was the face that I could remove the flares... IF these work out do you have plans to offer the flares in different widths? Asking since I've got the MC 8" flares and with my current setup and future plans for axles and such I would guess I'll need flares that wide to try and have the required tire coverage.

I was thinking more like a thin sheet of curved aluminum that just slides out 4" or so with some type of spring steel retainer that holds it either in stealth mode or deployed mode. Stop and slide'em out if you are going to be hitting mud, slide them back in if you're going to be in the rocks. Honestly I wouldn't be a fan of permanent flares, or that I had to carry around with me.

Maybe 3 - 4 of these mounted in the right place, with slide slots through the flat piece. I'm thinking really simple.

Excuse my ruff drawing lol... but general concept. It would be curved of course to match the flow of the inner fender.

If someone made something like this I could install in my current fenders, I'd buy'em.

If I had removable fenders, I’d throw them on before heading out if it had been raining. But honestly, if it’s wet, I’m not going off-roading in the first place. I hate mud.
