I’ve been working on removing the roll cage only stripped 3 of the bolts. Had to remove the cage in my dad’s jeep last year and every bolt but the back 4 stripped. so this jeep is being much nicer to me lol

That's some serious rust repair. Was that a northern jeep??

Nope, bought it in North Carolina. It had lived on a mountain its whole life though. Previous owner used it to get to the ski resort and back.

It’s kinda funny though, the rear body mounts on both sides are gone, the driver side rear floor is gone, and it has typical fender rust but has the cleanest frame you’ve ever seen.

This rubicon keeps getting worse, almost got the roll cage out but had to remove the fender liners to access some stuff. Did not like what I saw. I think I’m just going to pull the axles and transfer case out of it and throw it in the yellow Jeep. I haven’t given up on it yet but it just keeps getting worse the more I try to fix it.

I’m gonna give up on fixing it and start tearing it down to get the rubicon axles and 241 out of it. The yellow Jeep needs better geared axles anyway so might as well use what I got and upgrade it too.

Secured a long arm kit for the yellow Jeep. This kit as well as those rubicon 44s is gonna make this jeep fricken awesome.

Y’all might recognize this. It’s a Nth Degree Mobility (AEV) long arm lift kit and tummy tuck skid plate. It’s missing the transmission mount so I’ll have to figure something out for it, it’s complete other that.
