Look at the 1 o'clock position on your rear differential cover. If this tag is present you have a Tracloc LSD.
Remove the cap and be done with it.
Soooooo after further inspection with my glasses on this time, turns out the “cap” was a bunch of dirt! Geez, any ways I cleaned it all out and reconnected.
The rear diff fluid is all over the axle. I’ll clean it all up this weekend when I remove the cover and replace the fluid.
I recall a friend with a mud truck...never washed it... finally did one day, think it was a parade... wouldn't idle...freaked out... vacuum cap missing off the carburetor... speculation it there was so much mud everywhere it sealed up the vacuum leak enough...and washing the truck "broke" it.
I'd wire wheel and clean up that cover and paint it your favorite color.
