Who’s running 17s I’m looking to upgrade. I really liked the old canyon wheels that were stock. What are the options out there in the correct backspacing to run 35 inch tires? Thanks

17” Trail Ready beadlocks

17 X 8 Raceline beadlocks. Most of the 17" options will require that you buy JK wheels and use 5 X 4.5 to 5X5 adapters. You can also run larger brakes which is nice.

The next Jeep over is Walker Evans.

For others to note Trailready will make them however you want them.

I want to be a suicideking without the side effects. I love your jeep.
p.s. Spellcheck says I kant spel write.

I’m pretty much stuck with the 4.5 bolt pattern I have a hub conversion and don’t wanna run spacers or buy a whole other kit.

Probably going to need custom wheels then. I'm not aware of ANY 17" wheels on 5X4.5 that have decent backspacing. Not sure if you want beadlocks or not, but should be able to find one of the wheel companies that will make you some.

That’s what I was afraid of. Tires for 15 inch wheels don’t have a ton of choices in sizes. I’m not looking for beadlocks since I don’t really wheel it anymore.

Email Raceline and Allied, ask if they'll do custom wheels that aren't beadlocks. It's not going to be cheap, but I don't know of any other options unless you want to run the adapters.

If you do contact them, let us know what they say.

My Fuel wheels have the correct bolt pattern and the backspace works fine with my 315/70 R17 tires.

Thanks for all the help. I guess I’ll reconsider 16s it will be awhile before I change anyway since I just got a new set of 35s.

To be honest some times I wish I had gone with 15 inch wheels. With 35's the 17's look great but there are more 35 inch tires for 15 inch wheels in load range C.
