the price tag on each of these items should answer the question of whether or not one of these is better than the other in about 2 seconds. There's just no way savvy would be successfully ripping people off this long if Dave's was just as good or better, and there's no way Dave would be selling these this cheap if they were as good as a $3k mid arm. Any arguing after that is a waste of breath and a pile of tenderized horse. There two different things for completely different prices and different setups.
The real concern to me is that this obviously isn't the case for everyone since I've heard multiple stories now of people that bought this because of Dave's claims that it's better and cheaper than the Savvy midarm and then they're unhappy with the result. I know they're lurking here and I wish they'd speak up.

Reminds me of people who bought metal cloak fenders thinking that's all they need to run big tires (since that's what metal cloak tells them).

Obviously, if you know what you're looking at you can figure out what's true, but it took years until anyone actually compared fenders back to back to show where and where not there is extra room.

And here I was thinking you bought metal cloak fenders at some point! Live and learn I guess. I wish those people who run Dave’s stuff would chime in for sure.

If you really want to recognize what high antisquat vs corrected geometry looks like, rewatch the videos.

And no, TM is running Savvy short arms.
If that's the only difference, then a stock TJ should perform exactly as your rig, assuming a stock TJ is correct geometry.

I did buy metalcloak fenders around 2012. Although primarily because I needed a new set of fenders and they were cheaper than OEM.

You are correct to say that a stock TJ climbs very well where it is able to climb.

Which is the point at issue since the minor differences in hop could be related to other issues than geometry.
Like when mine bounced a bit over that ridge in the rock face? You guys are trying so hard.

I wonder if Dave sold those 8 bracket sets that he had ready to ship tonight?

Your rear bounced 4 times when the rear went over. Starkey's bounced 5 times. You're on a different line. Just making observations.
