That’s a steal! I almost bought a set this week with the uppers for $350! I’m kicking myself for not, but I’m saving up for a new lift since the PO did a rough country and it’s awful in the dirt

Paid it off. Yep, I had a loan on a 17 year old vehicle. I wanted it and didn't have the money. Credit unions are great for this, low interest.
However, I did just put in the Currie Currectlync Drag Link and Tie Rod the other weekend. So, that counts.

I doubt the shims were " installed" that way. When the locker is engaged and under load/housing flex those things can happen. Maybe too little preload.... Maybe too much?
I worked in auto parts for many years, and if you told me you have the SAME problem with the New starter. Well that must not be the problem.
Take jumper cable and test both the old and new starters.
Got my Geocache bug for my Jeep and put it on it. Now to wait to see how long it takes someone to log it.

Installed a Banks Monster cat back. I’m not a huge fan of cat backs but at some point in my LJs previous life someone had a redneck “tuck” job done on the stock exhaust, including a 3 foot glasspack! So the Banks system is actually a little quieter, but still has a nice rumble without being obnoxious. I like it.

Now the mic cord doesn't get tangled up with the gearshift knob. Mic clip is temporaried on, I was lamenting the lack of metal surfaces to stick a magnetic mic holder on, when I realized that the CB radio bezel is steel!

What Stereo is that again? I scrolled around and couldn't find it. Is that the one that has amber backlighting?
AZ is great man. There’s enough jeeps here that some people don’t quite know what their parts are worth. I picked a set up for $200 a couple weeks ago.
The button legends are amber, the LCD is the usual white/grey.

By the time I reached out after work, he told me they had sold. Since those had a khaki interior, I would've had to paint them dark slate grey though

Put on an Aully Park steering wheel cover. After doing one on my GMC Sierra, figured the second time would be easier. No such luck... what a PITA, but happy with the results.
