Track bar bolt

Ok so I found out the track bar bushing was not the correct one and a new TB is in hand. But I discovered the stock TB wheel bolt (a M10) is, at least to me, a bit too small. I just thought it would be snug once inserted in the bushing. Has anyone else noticed this? Is it normal to have a slight amount of play, <1mm? What did you do to correct it if anything?
 
Bolts work through correct clamping force, not because of hole clearance. Torque to spec and you'll be just fine.

I'm curious about this, why?
Anti seize acts as a lubricant. Torque specs are always (most often) given for dry mating services. Adding lubricant to those surfaces allows you to get the same result with less force. The exact amount of "less" is open to some debate but what is not is that you will over tighten a wet bolt (when tightening to the same force) than a dry bolt. So that the same application of force (torque) to a dry bolt of say 100ft/lbs will actually be equivalent to 120 to 130 ft/lbs when applied to a wet bolt. Granted at the wrench you still only applied 100 ft/lbs but the effect on the bolt is greater by 20 to 30%.

I'm not an engineer nor have I done any personal testing but I think this is true because while torque, in general, is referring to the force used to twist something, what the torqued bolt is actually doing is "squeezing"/holding together what whatever it is actually connecting.
