In need of aluminum radiator

I can say I replaced the top tank on mine in November of 2023, I have pictures of that. Then daily drove it for 1.5 years at 80 miles a day 5 days a week which would be 31,000 . Plus all the wheeling and mud puddle sticking i did on weekends. So add approximately another 1500 miles so 33,500 miles

So 2 years 1 month and 33,500 miles and it's still going strong.

I won't complain.

Dang wish I kept repair logs like that.

I use to be better at it. I make my Son in Law keep one on my E250 that he mostly drives for work. I keep one for my F250 but its slack and I forget to log alot. It definitely helps know how long a specific repair has lasted. It was people on this site that kept recommending a log. Im going to look into an app or somthing. Notebooks always end up getting used for other notes and end up not in the glove when I'm thinking of logging somthing. My phone is normally always around though.

All I want is to figure out which radiator to choose after my current Mopar pops in a few tens of thousands of miles. I don't care what brand it is, as long as it has a history of some level of long term reliability.

My money is on Koyorad.

Not frequently discussed in the jeep world but highly regarded in other communities where I'd stumbled across the brand. One of the members here posted their opinion on the core a while back.

I’d be willing to try one if I needed one. I don’t have personal experience but have heard good things.

I ordered one to store away in a cool, dry, dark place. Stock plastic tank style. Should have in hand tomorrow. @psrivats installed one a while ago and the quality sounded good. And they're just over $100 on RockAuto.

My "new" Mopar will inevitably die one day in the next 1-15 years. Who knows what the options will look like then.

Koyorad for dry storage arrived. It does feel more solid all around. I believe the core is between 5mm and 10mm thicker overall. My Mopar is installed with no current issues and I have AC in the way of a very good measure. The plastic tanks feel a bit better constructed and more sturdy (for plastic). The accessories are packaged and pinned to the inner flange. They say all of these are preasure tested before leaving the factory.

My koyo has been in the box and sitting in the corner of the garage for almost a year now waiting on the 32rh to go in
