Babies and divorces do seem to be a common factor for project car purgatory. That's why I outsmarted the system, skipped all of that nonsense and bought cars already in project car purgatory. Now I'm in the same place without all of the fuss.

The speedometer seems to self blur.
I get the idea behind why they do it, however....it doesn't take too much knowledge in basic physics and mechanics to calculate the speed at any point based on how long it takes to clear two fixed roadside items in the video.
