Car pics too cool not to share

I was just about to mention a wagon. ;)

A 67 Bonneville wagon would be cool ! Aren't we great at spending Inogame's money !

At that point the car is living in my moms basement, I was born, they went through a divorce

So the car's a slacker and your birth was the catalyst for the divorce of your parents? Sometimes my reading comprehension concerns me... :geek:

In keeping with the thread's theme, I came across this...

To be clear, I've got no interest in the individual who owned it, but it's no secret I've got quite a thing for the Mk I GT40 and the first regurgitation of it as the Ford GT was a looker as well. This car just sits "right".

Ain't that always the way......:sneaky:

Babies and divorces do seem to be a common factor for project car purgatory. That's why I outsmarted the system, skipped all of that nonsense and bought cars already in project car purgatory. Now I'm in the same place without all of the fuss. ;)

Something like that.

For some reason, when you said it lived in the basement, this was the first thing I thought of, hence the slacker remark. :D

I get the idea behind why they do it, however....it doesn't take too much knowledge in basic physics and mechanics to calculate the speed at any point based on how long it takes to clear two fixed roadside items in the video.

I think you overestimate our typical "public servant". Math is not their friend. ;)

in Mosport green

Mmmm, tasty. Also a fan of another green from the 60's, Linden Green, faithfully reproduced here on a Singer...

Unfortunately, if you do a search for Linden Green, this is what typically shows up "officially"...

Not a bad color but not what I know by that name and to my eyes a color hedging on yellows. Here's a double, a Linden Green GT40... :p

"Not a bad color," just don't get mad when someone calls it "booger yellow"
