I'm going to dig into installing a set of standard Genright front 4" fenders, along with their inner fenders, over the the next month or two. A couple of things I'm aware I'll need to sort out are the air box and washer bottle. For the air box, I'll either go to the cowl, or to the front grill. What I'm not sure of is how to handle the windshield washer bottle. I currently have the dual pump version for the front and rear. What have others done there, and what else will I need to account for when mounting everything back in?

With the Standard GR my guess is you’ll be able to re-install it in approximately the same location. They make a nice inner fender deck for re-mounting. Even with the HiLines I was able to keep most components essentially where they were before. The washer fluid reservoir was one exception, but it wasn’t too far away from working.

I've got the highlines, my intake is the Ford Windstar canister pulling from the cowl. So far so good, works great.

I just went to the "you pick it" yard and found a tall skinny windshield wash res from a Chrysler suv, pump and all, I just cut the wires about a foot away from the pump so I had the plug. I mounted it on the driverside next to the fire wall 2 years ago. Holds a little over a gallon and works great.

I have the windstar intake but not running through the cowl, at least for now. I just have it zip-tied in place, I won't do anything permanent until other projects are done that might change where things go. I don't want to go cutting holes and then not use them. If you don't have the emissions crap in the way you can tuck the stock washer bottle back by the master cylinder. I did have the emissions crap but I relocated it under the battery tray that's not a battery tray on the driver's side. These are the best pics I could find and the hood is probably frozen shut today.

That’s interesting, and from this pic @Irun it doesn’t look like the washer bottle would work in the stock location so I recant my prior post. Sorry about that. Back by the auxiliary battery tray would likely be best bet for the stock washer fluid reservoir, but I’m sure you already thought of that. I switched to the smaller aftermarket Kemimoto reservoir for the HiLines that I’m sure would also work for non-HiLines. You’d just have to drill another hole for the stock rear pump.
