Grabbed what debris I could with a long flat head screwdriver and tweezers in the drain slot — then taped a bottle brush to a 36" copper rod.
Ran it up and down through the drain.
19 years of dirt, twigs and leaves gone. (and hopefully, no water on the floor mat after a rainstorm) Flushed.
Boom. (why the hell I waited so long to do this is a mystery)
There's multiple YouTube vids on the cowl removal — one specific I'm not sure I've seen — lesson learned:
When you're re-installing the cowl, pull the rubber gasket at the windshield end of the hood toward the front just enough so the cowl edges snug in behind the gasket, then tap it back into place with your hand. (placing the rubber gasket in-between the cowl edge and the hood edge when it's closed).
Cleaned/PB Blasted and lubed-up the wiper assembly arms/connections. Good to go for a while.
