Ok, that's as clean as I can get with this plasma cutter. My electrodes were messed up, swapped them out and smooth as butter now.
Replaced the clutch, pilot bearing (wet bread trick worked great), and all 3 shift boots....again

Put new bolts in my PRP harness releases (one came out last weekend), straightened the grille a little better from some damage on a previous trip, and started mocking up my Windstar cowl intake. I just need to find a stupid band clamp that goes around it before I can install it. It didn't come with one and the only aftermarket one is for the larger F-150 airbox
. If it warms up closer to freezing tomorrow, I'm going to take it to town and clean the mud off it.
