I can see there's some sand laying inside the frame and I want to get it out before it causes any damage. What's the consensus regarding the easiest way to clean that out?

I recently did mine, so I will give some advice, which also applies to drilling out your track bar mount.

I don't have pictures, but 1/2" holes right behind the front control arm mounts and right in front of the rear control arm mounts. Right where it flattens out. I just used a step bit.

I have those - I'm talking about your track bar mount holes. Didn't know I needed that...
Oh sorry, I mean when I drilled out the frame side track bar mount for the larger bolt on the Rock Jock bar. That mount is pretty thick and the shavings that come off the bit are big and HOT!
