Yet Another Suspension Post - Upgrade AEV Suspension or Leave Alone?

Howdy! Apologies for disappearing.....year end stuff at work.

Question - Regarding the MM lift/Body lift.....that's a proven setup for 4.0 equipped TJs. Is the 5.7 hemi going to make contact with the AEV hood if I install a MML with body lift? I would think that the body lift would compensate, but I'm just trying to figure stuff out before the wrenches come out.
 
Finally some pics, albeit not great ones......mine is the obviously the standard wheelbase TJ, covered in mud (elk hunting earlier on Saturday).

Mine has 98k miles, the Unlimited has 93k. Both are used as daily drivers, and not really used too hard, other than conditions me while out hunting (mine), or on the way to ski areas (his). The Unlimited is going to the shop tomorrow for some maintenance, and to address a couple of small issues, and an overall inspection. The Unlimited doesn't have the Nth degree tummy tucker, and it has the hemi and AEV Recaro seats.

These are both 2005 model year, before the Highline kit was released.

I definitely want to freshen it up, get everything "tightened" up so it feels solid.....update the suspension, etc., not that it feels sloppy now, just feels its age, oh.....and regear for 35s. Other than that, I plan on driving the heck out of it! It's fun to drive as is!
