Fast or not at all. ;)

My 04 Arctic 400 , (376 c.c. ) 5 spd. auto clutch ACT Cat will out run my brothers 03 Honda Rubicon hydrastatic 500 c.c. , The fastest ATV I've ridden was a Bombardier 650 Baja 5 spd. hand clutch . I had it to 80 m.p.h almost topped out in 3rd. gear on a mountain dirt road by my house. The thought popped into my head that this is not real smart , so I slowed to a more reasonable 55 m.p.h. , I did feel totally planted and comfortable at speed with foot nets . Fun toy .

You need put your butt on a Banshee. It seems like in stock form they were said to run around 90. If you ride one, you won't doubt that. ;)

I used to work with a guy who raced one on dirt looking like this. It was a big bore bike and not much stock. I think he was running the 330 dirt around 70 and crossing 100 on the 1/8, but its been a while. I never rode that one.

The guy that had mine before me claimed to have been clocked at 104 mph in the racing he did. I still run the same gearing he did and it calcs to be possible. At those speeds the front tires suck the sides in and grow in diameter in the middle.

I would love to give one a spin ! Plus anything smaller than a Jeep and on dirt should be 2 STROKE in my opinion . Some 4 strokes are faster but never as FUN !
0ne like this would be kick butt on the sand hills !

No problems with mine but a coworker just got a new engine last week in his 2025 Equinox with about 7k miles.

And it’s back at the dealer for new issues this week.

Update on this. The equinox had issues the next day after they got it back.

CEL light and a buzzing sound.

The dealer said it was the main fuse panel and replaced it. The buzzing sound they attributed to tuning the stereo so they did that.

Car returned to owner.

Next day CEL comes on again.

Dealer has been digging into it and now they are replacing the starter.

Owner says that the CEL light has always come on while driving, never had any issue with during startup.

I can't see how the starter can possibly be the problem.

Just got a call from my service rep. Apparently a misfire on cylinders 3 and 6. They are going to try new spark plugs. I asked if a truck with 10K miles should need new spark plugs? He was a little thrown off by the question and said 'uh maybe' after some stuttering.

I am in the process of moving and was about to throw out my OEM speakers vs. moving them. I put them back in the pile to move them in case I need to get rid of my truck before the 3 year warranty is up.

How the owner thought about returning it? Maybe bring up lemon law stuff, I'm thinkin that vehicle easy fits.

I have no idea about that specific truck, but there was a year or two where Ford Triton V8s were blowing out spark plugs because of weak threads. Hopefully you're not going down that route.

What happened to Nissan and when? My limited experience (90s Nissans) they seemed like fine, reliable vehicles, but I've heard nothing good about the recent years.

They were bought by Renault sometime in the early-mid teens and cost-down became the new motto.

I had a 2011 Frontier 4x4 that was a great truck.

When it hit 200k I decided it was time for a new truck.

Bought a brand new fully loaded 2018 Frontier Pro4X.

8 trips to the dealer in the first 6 months, several times staying for days. Always something different so no Lemon Law.

Biggest POS I've ever owned. Kept it less than a year because I got to where I couldn't stand looking at it.

Now I am seriously thinking about getting a Model 3 Performance.

I work from home so no commute.

Last time I was in CA my buddy let me drive his Model Y Performance and I've been thinking about one since.

Ive driven the Tesla S in Ludicrous Plus mode WOW
Fun cars, terrible investments tho
Be sure you understand the resale / depreciation

Id never recommend anything electric for owning
You wanna lease one for 2 years, and beat on it, go for it
Dont own it tho

Absolutely terrible idea to own

I'd never buy one new.

Cars that are a couple of years old have already taken the biggest depreciation hit and are pretty reasonable.

Leasing one wouldn't make sense for me since I don't drive enough.

I work from home and drive around 7500 miles per year, with those miles currently distributed among 3 vehicles.

I mainly drive my truck, which is almost 6 years old and just turned 36k miles.

90% of my trips are 15 minutes or less, so an EV would actually work well for me.

My truck has a lifetime average speed indication. Its lifetime average speed is 26mph 🤪

Everyone I know that owns an EV either works remotely so they barely drive anywhere, can charge both at home and at work, and they are second or third vehicles. That tells me all I need to know about them haha

We just had neighbors buy a Volvo EV (Only vehicle they have), they raved up and down about it. We talked to them before they were leaving on vacation and they had to rent a car to take because they were worried about having enough charging stations close by while on vacation. Nothing like not being able to use the vehicle you are paying for.

I gotta be more worried about finding places to pee
