My TJ is mostly a pavement cruiser that my kiddo can climb into for school and fun runs, and I like the retro look, so I'm looking for a polished/chrome bullet hole wheel to put on my stock-height TJ.
I think I'm on track for a 15x8 wheel with 31" rubber, like these:
- Mammoth 8s: https://www.extremeterrain.com/mammoth-jeep-wrangler-8-aluminum-polished-wheel-15x8-j143268.html
- Or these MT Classic IIIs: https://www.mickeythompsontires.com/wheels/classic-iii
- Or these ProComp vintage: https://www.extremeterrain.com/pro-...gler-vintage-polished-wheel-pxa1069-5865.html
- Or 1069 polished (how are these different from the vintage, no idea...) - https://www.extremeterrain.com/pro-comp-alloys-1069-tj-yj-pxa10695865.html
For those who know, these will bolt up to my stock TJ without issue, and from there its just a matter of finding a good tire for them, yes?
Also, I can't find great /recent info that any of these wheels is really better than any other, so any sage advice on why MT is better than Mammoth, etc?
TIA
