What did you do to your TJ today?

Why not rebuild the 35? Doing a super 35 build isn’t that much especially if you do the work yourself.

I put all options on paper, I am going do it myself. I need to pull axles and see whats really going on with size. I am not sure whether or not to remove diff for repair or in place. I am 60 years young dealing with some physical setbacks from MS. Also, what should I do about my arb? rebuild or replace, housing pretty messed up. Thanks

The group I ride with is going to Coppinger Cove, TN for a Black Friday ride. Anyone been there?

Yep a few weeks back. What ever you do, don't do this!!!!!

Didn't realize that was there, been following Your progress since. I refuse to do that; I hate mud. I don't want to spend the weeks following cleaning 😆. And mines going in the shop after to get the frame repaired. No time for that!

I'll be 1 to at most 2 TJ's there. Everyone else will be very built JK's on 37+ tires. I'll be doing a lot of by passes I'm sure. Can't wait to get at least 35's.

I have all the mud cleaned out from the inside..... well mostly. Just finished washing the passenger side and rear foot well carpet today.

Will be replacing the starter this weekend.

But dang we had a blast in Coppinger Cove for sure!!!!

We still haven't had a lot of rain so you should be fine. That was the only spot where I knew better but was to dumb to listen to my inner voice!!!!

I gotcha. Pulling the complete housing will be easier on you then laying up under it trying to complete the work. I’m sorry but I'm not an ARBoligist so I don’t have any insight on that.
I would assume though that if the housing isn’t completely trashed that it could be rebuilt.

I will stay away from that, I am still cleaning old crusted mud of from unknown past. I will stick to dirt rock and sand when up and running efficiently.

To be honest, Coppinger Cove was great but I had more fun at Coalmont OHV.

It's up on the mountain above Coppinger Cove.

@tnjeepguy and I rode it, and I'm ready to go back.
Can't say we won't be there as well. I'm not even sure what day we are heading back 😆. If it were up to me, we'd stay to Sunday just to get past all the BS. We're heading down Thanksgiving Day after lunch. Thanksgiving is ok, but real family time should be spent on the trail.

You can go from Coalmont down to Coppinger Cove or vise versa, I'm not sure the route but know it can be done.
