Novak Conversions Jeep Wrangler TJ engine mounts

What did you do to your TJ today?

Looks great. I see on the Hooke Road website only a cargo carrier for the JL. Is this the JL carrier, or something else? Can you please post a close up of the mounting?

This for TJ's only. I could take some pictures for you tomorrow. There's basically four legs that bolt to rear roll bar and two that bolt on to the fender.

Got all my chores done yesterday (Saturday) so I could have Sunday to myself…aaaand of course that didn’t happen 😂 . Still managed to get out for a couple hours for a walk to a waterfall that was barely water or falling plus some kooking with Kiwi.

Help! I need to some local fellow members that may point me in the right direction sourcing a Dana 44 rear end here in so cal. I cant swallow rebuilding a Dana 35. I can manufacture a truss to diff cover bracket. Of course the kit is obsolete, I will call them tomorrow, maybe they a drawing for the Dana 44 Bracket, and can I use the same truss? I feel I bought a cluster f for my first Jeep.

Visiting Ellijay, GA for a long weekend. Probably going to ride Old Bucktown Rd here in a few hours, unless you guys have a better suggestion for an easy vacation ride? I saw something about Cashes Valley Road? Anyone in the area is welcome to join us if you'd like.

Why not rebuild the 35? Doing a super 35 build isn’t that much especially if you do the work yourself.

I know, I know. Fail on my part. To be honest I wasn't sure what day we were going to ride... This is one of those vacations where you don't plan anything, you just do whatever strikes you at the moment! I'll do better next time.

it should be Cashes Valley Rd. are you going now ?

No, just curious. We were kind of going back and forth between Old Bucktown Road and Cashes Valley, but I wasn't sure which Cashes Valley Road it was so we just did Bucktown. It was a fun trail! If we come back sometime we may do Cashes. This is our first trip to Ellijay, but we will probably be back! Either here, or maybe Blue Ridge.
