I'm 6' with the legs of a 5'8" and torso of 6'4", so I have more trouble getting into mine than most people would think.
Last weekend my codriver came the day after "leg day". It was amusing to witness.

Yep. You'd think an SUV would be ok but even riding passenger in our 4runner is an issue. The driver seat is height adjustable so I have to lower it as soon as I get in.
I had a roommate in college that was 6'5" and we made a thing out of meeting people for the first time sitting down, and then surprising them when we stood up and weren't even close to the same height.

The rear spacer is 1", the front spacer is 1.75".
I could move the rear spacer to the front and run no spacer on the rear.
