What did you do to your TJ today?

17 in stock on Amazon as I write this. Suggest you order one NOW - they may not even be available in the future from the flakiness Savvy has been exhibiting recently.

Is that Savvy one preferred over this one?: https://www.amazon.com/dp/B09XQX8NJ8/?tag=wranglerorg-20 (By the way a long 13mm ratcheting box wrench and a tarp comes in real handy on the trail when your stock linkage fails you on the two ruts that follow along the Gallinas River East of Las Vegas, New Mexico......just sayin)

Savvy is what most prefer, don't know who makes the one in your link. I installed a Novak Conversions one a few years back, works great. BTW, Savvy website is showing these on sale right now for just under $150.00

What is weird about tranny 1st x tcase lo range x axle r&p?

Because nobody, even DavidBT, cruises at 60mph in first gear. My 5th gear is slightly overdriven at .8:1.

Since my point was lost, I'll repeat it - I don't like cruising long distances at 3000rpms.

(edit, overdriven, not underdriven. duh)

That looks like a nice one, of course both Savvy and Novak claim theirs is the best one made.
