Wrong case lever on Savvy 241 cable shift kit?

Can't find much on the net and it's been a few years since I installed another..

Instructions on savvys site say to install the supplied shift lever on the transfer case but in orientation 1, the yoke hits the lever in 2wd. Flipped the lever 180 and the lever hits the case between 4wd High and neutral.

Do I have the wrong lever or just try to make the factory lever work?

That's the lever for the 231. The 241 doesn't change the lever.

Thanks. This kit has been on the shelf for some time. It is in fact a kit for a 231. interesting how the instructions say to replace the lever...

Anyways, a little cutting & welding, I was able to make this 231 kit work the for the 241.
