I purchased a 2000 tj 2.4. Had some bulbs bad when I got it. I replaced the bulbs, and now everyone I turn on my headlights or turn signals my windshield wipers turn on and run constantly. I'm not sure if it's just a bad wiper module on the column. I'm not the brightest when it comes to electrical issues. So any help would be much appreciated.

The only thing you did was replace bulbs? What did you disassemble to do so? In all likelihood you nicked a couple wires that are now touching and shouldn't be.

Could be a coincidence that the multifunction switch went bad at the same time, but I don't believe in coincidences...

It's the ground behind the left headlamp that's causing the issue.

When the ground is bad using the horn or left turn signal may also trigger the wiper.

The bad ground causes voltage to seek ground through the least resistant path to ground.

This path is through the wiper washer motor and to the wiper switch which is what triggers the wipers to activate.
