What is this plug for?

I took the center console out this past weekend, and beside the plug for the airbag key switch, I discovered an additional plug. It looks like it might be for a bulb maybe? Does anyone know what this is supposed to be for?

It lights up the bezel for the auto trans option.

X2. I cut the plug and used the wiring for my OBA gauge.

Isn’t there a bulb that lights up the warning lettering showing you have turned the air bag switch off? Trying to remember what mine does without going outside to check
