What is this called?

Anyone know what this part is called? It is bolted to the frame behind the front bumper. Today I noticed it looked loose, but when I tightened it, found out the threads are stripped. My thought was to drill through the frame, add a longer bolt with a nut and washer. Just wanted to check here first before I start drilling holes.

That looks like part of a body lift? Before you go drilling anything I would look to extend the front grill supports instead.

Yeah, it does have a body lift, so that makes sense.

It is this bolt that looks to be threaded into the frame. Not sure if the frame is threaded or if there is a nutzert or something.

They typically mounted those body lift extensions with self tappers.

That is totally what it feel like. I doesn't feel like it is about to fall out or anything. Am I worrying needlessly?

Thanks for all your input. So long as it isn't going to fall out (looks like it is in there well, even with the stripped screw) I'm hoping it will be good for now.
