TJ control arm recommendations

I noticed that too and fixed it! Older picture!

Am using your tightening procedure!

That's good, we've never had a single jam nut come loose using that method. It is also a foolproof way to get both joints lined up perfectly with each other. I don't know that I can take credit for it being my method, it is just a way we've found that works.

What is the tightening procedure? My arms are not lined up.
For double adjustable L and R threads-
Adjust to length.
Use a prybar and turn the joint body so it bottoms out against the inside of the mount in the direction you are turning to tighten.
Put one hand on the arm so you can feel it start to turn. Tighten the jam nut until the arm just starts to turn on the threads ever so slightly.
Repeat for the other end which will then try to break the one you just tightened on the other end loose so be aware.
Repeat that process back and forth and after about 3 times of slightly increasing the tightness on each end, it will reach a point where it won't break the opposite end loose. When it gets there, you can heave on it as much as you like and it won't break the other side loose and the joint bodies provide the back-up.

Both bodies will be perfectly square to each other and the joints will not come loose.

Which Savvy arms do you guys recommend? Would it be bad to upgrade to them at stock height if my current stock ones are shot? I’d end up lifting in the future. OGS-SAV-9100 set is what I was looking at.

So this core 4x4 is much better right ?

I've got the Core4x4 camp series on my lowers. They have the johnny joints. Check their website www.core4x4.com they have blemish and open box specials all the time that can save you some $$$ if you're needing to stay on a budget. In fact, right now they have an open box Rock Jock Currectlync steering kit on sale for almost half the price of what it costs new if anyone wants to jump on that!
