Recommendations for a "no more death wobble kit"

My 17 yr old son just bought his first Jeep and wrenches on it all the time. He is now looking for a replacement parts kit that supposedly will help reduce the DWs. You don’t need a kit to stop death wobble. You just need to figure out why it’s happening and fix the issue.

Have you done a dry steering test to check all the steering components?

Start with the tire balancing kit.

Balanced tires and good connections fix the majority of DW cases.

Folks often try to eclipse it by replacing everything in the linkage - you can do that and then find out it was a bad tire or failing control arm bushing.

Evaluate with the dry steering test first is best.

There are several components that can be worn and allow imbalanced tires to trigger DW. Balance tires first.
