Time to change your cabin air filter

Not to take anything away from his design, but I'd be a bit careful when washing your Jeep, especially with a pressure washer. I'd bet the filter will get wet, at the least, if you hit the windshield and cowl area much. Might suggest some thin foam tape between it and the cowl panel for a better seal.

While more complicated, there is a reason I designed mine the way I did.

OOOO willing to share your files so I can print my own?! :) Please Please

Your design looks great!. There is any chance you can upload it again?
willing to share your files so I can print my own?

Sincerely appreciate the interest.

My server is up and running but something happened with the files I had available. I've had a number of members hit me up saying the same thing over the past months, just haven't really had a chance to address the issue. That said...

I've started a version 2 with plans to reduce support waste and print time, mostly in regards to the main air plenum part (very wasteful to print properly). I'm also making some changes to the hardware used to secure the filter door and adapting the design to work with both early and late series TJs. Currently it only works with '03+ TJs as far as I'm aware. Member @SSTJ has been assisting me with data for the early series mods and has been patiently waiting for a prototype to test.

Regarding offering the future version for download, that remains to be seen. For everyone who's asked about the files, and it was a fair few, only one or two indicated they intended to actually print the thing themselves. Most planned on paying someone or enlisting the services of a friend with a printer. I've also had numerous requests for a finished item to buy. As a result, It's possible I may offer complete printed assemblies. Right now I'm focused on the design work... (y)

Hello. Thanks for the response. In case you want, also can sell your design files in some of the available platforms.

I never really set out to sell anything, if I'm honest. I was just trying to solve something and not necessarily looking to start a 3D printing business. :D
