Jeep is almost done with work I had planned. Steering leaves something to be desired. Got the Teraflex in but not happy with steering I’d say there is almost gaps in the steering no where near as reactive to movement of steering wheel as before. I know the flavor here is Currie lync but this came with the package so going to run it. Not near as responsive as it was. Going to have shop look at it along with some house keeping stuff to that should have been done with install.

This ball joint does not look correct or how’d I would expect to it be.

What a kludge. Replace the modified steering knuckles and go back to the problem-free original inverted-y steering system. Go with Currectlync from www.rockjock4x4.com if you can afford it. Otherwise go with the OEM drag link and Grand Cherokee ZJ tie rod used in the V8 Grand Cherokees.

I believe the drag link is supposed to be bolted through the bottom, not top, of the knuckle.

Yeah what I was wondering as well. I’m gonna give them shot to fix it. It’s not correct. Then we’ll go back to old ZJ setup that was tight and straight.

Thanks. It had the ZJ tie rod on it. I’ll get it sorted wanted some information from you guys and have it now. Appreciate the input and messages.

It was part of the package deal on the lift.

Currie will be in there at some stage. I won’t compromise safety and performance on it.

Hopefully it's not drilled. I've wheeled with some folks using the terraflex High steer kit and when set up properly, it works just fine... using a shorter track bar, though..

Everyone practically on the face of the planet that knows anything about suspension can look at a side view of a set of front links for the suspension and tell you how wrong it is to have very short uppers and long lowers. Why is it so hard to look at a long draglink and short trackbar and arrive at the same conclusion??

Did they mention that your brakes will not be able to be upgraded easily with that knuckle?
