In the past few months my jeep sometimes will start , I can drive it and turn it off, will not crank back, have to roll it off, checked the ignition switch, it’s good, started to pull the actuator out, but dont think it’s bad, any suggestions?

All that’s clean and tight, I’ve got a red top optima in it that’s probably 6 months old, plus, I can roll it off and it’ll crank, and , sometimes when I turn it off after rolling it off, it’ll crank back, idk
Will it start if you put the key in the run position and jumper the little and big studs on the starter?
