So I went to work the other day and my TJ started up right away. I come out of work around 6 and go to start it, no crank but still have power. I bought a new starter and I am pretty handy about getting things fixed on it. I got the first bolt to the starter off and the solenoid and battery bolt to the starter, but the hidden bolt underneath the tranny bolt is giving me a REALLY hard time. I’ve tried PB blasting it and still, no dice on the budge. Any suggestions on how to get that off? I bought an elbow attachment for the socket and I even tried using a battery powered impact.
