Starter only cranks if i jump it

Hello yall,I have a weird case on my 05 Lj
I go to flip the key to start the jeep the relay only gets power when I go to turn it on right!Good
But still doesn't crank!

I can jump the starter though....the terminals that are vertical (the ones without the tester leads) and it turns over!
And I can start the jeep if I have someone inside while I crank it by jumping it

So the relay gets power (I've already swapped all relays) but somehow it doesn't send power to the starter
It's been a long day,The jeep ran fine.I just had a OPDA Issue,I fixed it
Cleaded my codes via disconnecting the batter but now is when I got the issue!

Nevermind Provlem is solved,although I was getting power from both ends reference&starter side of the relay,Weak ground! I now have a solid copper wire from the starter relay to the battery for now! I'll have to do some digging around
